Yanis Saradjian
Founder
Yanis Saradjian has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Arx Research, LLC since June 2014. He directs the company’s planning, strategy, and business development initiatives. Mr. Saradjian conducts customized consulting engagements for Fortune 500 Life Sciences and Consumer Goods Companies. He has over twenty-five years of direct leadership experience in business operations and strategy consulting with significant project management, strategy formulation, and deployment.
Prior to founding Arx Research, Mr. Saradjian served as Director of Consulting for a boutique corporate research firm and prior to this position as Project Director and Senior Consultant for various consultancies. Mr. Saradjian has worked with more than 350 clients, conducting operational assessments and reorganizations, benchmarking, and development of solutions in the areas of medical affairs, thought leader management, clinical development, and commercial groups.
Mr. Saradjian’s insights have been mentioned in numerous media (PharmaVoice, SCIP, EyeforPharma, Cincinnati Business Courier, ExecuNet, FirstWord Dossier, China Sourcing, Cardiovascular Business, Pharmacy Choice among others). He has written several white papers and conducted numerous webinars on the Medical Liaison function and Thought Leader Management topics. Mr. Saradjian has also provided his expertise through workshops, panel participations, and conferences.
Mr. Saradjian received his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Sherbrooke in Canada, has a Certification in Finance from the Ecole des HEC Montreal, Canada, and executive education on Innovation from Babson College in Wellesley and Global Strategic Management from Harvard University in Cambridge, MA.
