Nothing in the studies (reports), Fact Sheets, articles, or any other research document produced by Arx Research constitutes financial or legal advice as the contents of the studies are provided for information purposes only.

Arx Research grants purchasers and Arx Express members a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable agreed-upon license to use research materials. Purchasers may not distribute or copy any portion of the research materials, beyond the scope of the purchased license, without Arx Research’s prior, written permission. Breach of any material provision of this policy is subject to the applicability of U.S. or international copyright laws and will be governed by the laws of the state of Massachusetts, USA.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. This privacy policy is intended to state Arx Research’s privacy and security of the personal information we obtain from you during the purchase process (Products), download of papers, sign up for newsletter, contact us requests, or visit our Websites (Websites).
However, please note that we are not responsible for any use of your personal information you provide to third-party applications or websites that may be accessed via the Products or Websites. We make every effort to ensure third-party compliance with the use of personal information regulations. We recommend that you review the privacy policy of any third-party applications or websites that you use.

Collection of Personal Information

By submitting your email address, you consent to us keeping you informed about updates to our website and about other products and services that we think might interest you. You can unsubscribe at any time. When you use our Products or Websites, you may be asked for personally identifiable information such as your name, address, company, title, email address and/or telephone number. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at info@arxresearch.com. We will return or destroy your personal information within five days of receipt of your withdrawal of consent. We use personal information to allow us to process your service and product requests, provide access to our research surveys, send out newsletters, and enable us to improve the products and services we offer. We may occasionally carry out market research and send you details of services and offers that we think may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such information, please e-mail info@arxresearch.com or, alternatively, when we send you an e-mail, it will contain a provision for you to opt out of receiving any further information from us.

Should you breach our terms and conditions or terms of use or if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, we may disclose your information to a relevant authority. Web Beacons
